Great Deals on Apple Tablets
We may or may not be getting the standard new iPad announcement this month, but we are getting some great deals on the Apple tablets that are already on the market. The iPad Air with 64GB of storage is back down to Prime Day pricing of $499.99 at Amazon and Best Buy, offering a $99.01 discount and its lowest price ever.
The price drop comes just before Apple’s “Scary Fast” event on Oct. 30, which is expected to focus on Macs rather than iPads. While waiting for new tablet announcements, the iPad Air remains a solid choice with its M1 chip, iPad Pro similarities, and compatibility with the Apple Pencil 2.
Is the iPad Air Worth It?
Mashable’s Stan Schroeder called the Air “elegant, powerful, and versatile enough for both casual users and professionals” in his review of the tablet. Unless you need lots of storage, the iPad Air may be a more affordable option compared to the Pro model. With its current discount, now might be the time to make the purchase.
