About Connections: The Latest Word Game from NYT

Connections is the newest word game from New York Times that has gained popularity among the public. Created by associate puzzle editor Wyna Liu, this daily game challenges players to group four words that share a common connection. The game resets daily and features increasingly challenging word sets, keeping players engaged and entertained.

How to Play Connections

In each puzzle, players are presented with 16 words divided into four categories. The goal is to identify the commonality among four words and group them together. Players can rearrange and shuffle the board to help spot connections more easily. Each group is color-coded for difficulty, with yellow being the easiest and purple being the most challenging. Just like Wordle, players can share their results on social media for added fun.
