Community Notes on X/Twitter
Community Notes, the crowdsourced fact-checking feature on X (formerly known as Twitter), plays a crucial role in the platform under Elon Musk’s leadership. Originally known as Birdwatch, this feature was introduced before Musk’s acquisition of the company. However, Musk rebranded it and shifted content moderation responsibilities to users through Community Notes.
