Verizon Enhances International Coverage for Simple Mobile and Total Wireless Customers
Verizon customers who use Simple Mobile and Total Wireless prepaid brands now have improved access to international calling and texting services. Effective August 28, customers can benefit from enhanced coverage outside of the U.S. without the need for local SIM cards or reliance on WiFi. As international travel becomes more common, these upgrades provide significant value for travelers on a budget.
Simple Mobile Enhancements
Simple Mobile customers will now enjoy plans that include unlimited texting, unlimited calling, and increased high-speed data allocations. These upgrades represent a substantial improvement over the previous offerings. Below is a summary of the new features for each plan:

$60 Unlimited World+ plan: Unlimited access to Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband, with unlimited data, talk, and text. Unlimited calling to 200+ countries from the U.S., plus international roaming access in 140+ countries (previously 100 countries and no international roaming)
Total Wireless Upgrades
Verizon’s other brand, Total Wireless, has also enhanced its unlimited plans with expanded roaming capabilities. The $40 per month plan now includes roaming in Canada and Mexico, unlimited calls to 85 countries, and additional perks such as Disney Plus for higher-tier plans.
