Apple presented the latest iPads at its “Let Loose” event, focusing on the next generation of its tablet line. The event introduced new iPad Pro and iPad Air models, along with Apple’s newest in-house silicon technology.

New iPad Pro with OLED and M4 chips: Specs, price, release date

Apple unveiled two new iPad Pro models – 11-inch and 13-inch – boasting a remarkably thin design. The 11-inch model is 5.3mm thick, while the 13-inch model is just 5.1mm thick, making it the thinnest Apple product ever. These models start at $999 and $1,299 respectively and come in Silver and Space Black colors.

The key upgrades for the new iPad Pros include OLED displays with 1,600 nits of peak HDR brightness and the debut of Apple’s latest M4 chip, promising improved performance. Additionally, features like a repositioned front-facing camera and up to 2TB of storage make these models the most advanced iPads to date.

New iPad Air: Specs, price, release date

For those not needing the advanced features of the iPad Pro, Apple introduced two new iPad Air models – 11-inch and 13-inch. Priced at $599 and $799 respectively, these models come in Blue, Purple, Starlight, and Space Grey colors. While not featuring a new Mini-LED display, the new M2 chip and enhanced front-facing camera aim to improve performance and video calls.

Magic Keyboard announced

To complement the new iPad Pro, Apple unveiled the new Magic Keyboard, priced at $299 for the 11-inch version and $349 for the 13-inch version. Featuring a full function row and an improved trackpad, the new Magic Keyboard promises a bigger yet lighter design.

Furthermore, the Pencil Pro is compatible with the iPad Air, expanding its usability across different devices.
